Cancellations
    * Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Sept. 9, 2009.

A block of rooms has been set aside for Sunday, Sept. 13 – Tuesday, Sept. 15 at a discounted rate until August 13, 2009.  Reservations made before or after these dates will be accepted on a space available basis and may not be at the negotiated rate.  Room rate is $70 for a Lake Front Double room, plus tax.
