I agree that by accepting Ride scholarship dollars, I will:

1) Complete and submit the Marketing Asset form no later than January 13, 2020

2) Participate or volunteer at The Ride on Sunday, September 27, 2020

3) Use all scholarship dollars by the end of my two-year scholar term (January 31, 2022)
