Clinical Rotations

Summary

Residents complete 2 month clinical rotations paired with clinical attending(s) to allow education in all disease sites such as Gyn, Breast, GI, Peds, Lymphoma, Head and Neck, GU, CNS, Sacrcoma, and Lung.

Chief residents work close with program director to create rotation schedule which allows for customization based on a resident’s clinical and research interests

Residents are provided with at least 4 2 month research rotations with flexibility in timing to allow a customized schedule based on research goals. Additional research time can be granted pending program director review of resident goals, clinical knowledge, and research project.

There are no required rotations outside of the University of Wisconsin; however, residents have the opportunity to work directly with the program director if an away rotation is desired.
